This project was one of our earlier projects and was built on a very tight budget, but this does not show at all in the finish. This was a bungalow with a rear extension to create a large open plan kitchen living space.

We have done many projects since this but I feel it is important to show how far we have come as a company and also to remember where we have come from. We have talked about the bespoke projects, but every project is bespoke to the individual. This was a project which was testing as mentioned earlier because of the strict budget. However once complete, due to careful planning and thought, the extension completely changed the way a young family lived. This was project managed by myself and the client, without an architect.
