In this project, our client wanted to build an impressive extension which blended seamlessly into their original home. We are often asked to complete sympathetic extensions like this one.

This was a project set on two different levels. It was a demolition of a large conservatory and the build of a large single story rear extension. This featured an oak centrepiece glass apex and a bi-fold door set, which were completely bespoke to this project. This extension had a bit of everything - underpinning, tanking, large steel works and even a new roof cut within the current roof and then covered in new slate. Every room was affected in this build and renovated to a high standard. We worked very closely with the architect and client on this project.

A new kitchen was fitted separately to our contract by other contractors whilst we were on site. This demonstrates our ability to work alongside other traders and be versatile if our clients have already bought some of the furnishings before the build starts. We are able and happy to adapt to any situation which may arise!
